SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store and is intended to comply with applicable federal and state laws and regulations in the United States, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations governing mail, internet, and telephone order merchandise.

1. Order Processing All orders are subject to product availability and payment verification. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Orders are processed during regular business hours, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and other operational factors.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, subject to carrier availability. We do not guarantee delivery to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarding addresses, and reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers We utilize reputable third-party carriers to fulfill shipments. The available shipping methods will be presented at checkout. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific method is selected and confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method of the order. All applicable shipping fees will be clearly disclosed prior to the completion of purchase. We reserve the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice.

5. Tracking and Confirmation Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation notification containing tracking information, where available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and are outside our direct control.

6. Risk of Loss Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

7. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve the package, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for reshipment or to deduct original shipping costs from any applicable refund.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments In the event that a shipment arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, customers must notify us within a reasonable time of the expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the carrier's policies and applicable law.

9. Compliance This policy is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Nothing in this policy shall be construed to limit any rights afforded to consumers under applicable law.

10. Policy Updates We reserve the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
